Is the HR Manager in De Castro Consulting. He obtained his Industrial Engineering degree from the University of San Carlos. He earned his Lean Six Sigma Certification from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2010 and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt practitioner since then. Currently pursuing his post graduate degree in HR Management at Centennial College in Toronto, Canada.

He was previously connected to IT-BPO, Publishing, Digital e-Commerce, Hospitality, Travel and Tour Operations, SAAS Real Estate, Fintech and Consulting industries for the last 18 years handling various leadership roles in Admin, HR, Operations and Support Group.
